New Kit for Visible Mending

One of my favorite mending books is Mending Matters by Katrina Rodabaugh and in the introduction she shares her mending motto for those new to visible mending and that is: “just begin”. Simple, to the point, and not that hard!
Once you’ve decided to begin the next step is to start is to gather some supplies. If you have your fabric ready to go but don’t have much else there’s a new kit available right here to help get you ready to get started.
It has thread, needles, a thimble, a couple needle pullers, and some peel and stick water soluble patterns. Basically, some basics minus the fabric.
All this good stuff is packed into a clear lid tin so you can keep it rounded up in one spot. The tin is also a great size for taking along if you’ll be doing some slow stitching while traveling—petite and easy to stash in your purse or bag.
