What forms of payment do you accept?
Payments are submitted through PayPal. You can pay through PayPal with all major credit cards. Sorry, I don't accept eChecks.
You can also shop with me on etsy and use any major credit/debit card to pay through etsy's direct checkout system.
How do I receive my pattern(s)?
Once your payment is submitted you will be taken to a page where you can open the pattern documents. An email with a link to your pattern will also be sent to the email associated with your PayPal account.
All patterns are in PDF format and require a reader program--like Adobe Reader (free)--in order to view the document. Most newer computers come with this software pre-installed. If you don't
have the reader, download it here.
I can't find the email with the link to my pattern(s)?
The pattern delivery is triggered by your payment, so they are delivered within seconds of your payment completing. If they don't arrive in your inbox within a few minutes of your order, the first thing to do is look in your "spam" folder or "junk" email folder.
If you don't see them there, double check to make sure the transaction was completed (PayPal will send you a receipt). Sometimes the payment doesn't go through.
If it is not in your spam/junk folder, and your payment was completed in PayPal, then send me a note and I will get you set up.
Can I return my pattern?
Sorry, digital documents are not returnable. Please read the description before making your purchase.
Unless otherwise indicated, patterns are written in English.
If you bought a pattern by mistake perhaps it is the universe telling you it is time to learn to sew ;0].
Can I make a suggestion about the pattern?
Sure...I appreciate hearing your thoughts. Send me a note via the contact form.
Do you take requests for patterns?
I don't make custom patterns, but would love to hear general pattern suggestions. Contact me here.
I lost my pattern! Can you send me another copy?
Lost documents can be replaced for up to 1-year with a receipt. A "receipt" is a copy of your PayPal receipt or the original download email. Please store your patterns and receipts online--not on your computer. The most common problem people contact me about is their computer died and they lost all their patterns. Because I don't require a sign up on this site to order patterns, updates and pattern replacements aren't something I can offer without proof of purchase (receipt).
